drop_journal

Drops an existing journal.

Available in the network database and requires the star$define role.

Parameters:

Name	Optional	Type	Description
name$	Mandatory	Text	Name of the journal to be dropped.

Examples:

SELECT drop_journal('myjournal'); -- drops a journal called myjournal

Tips:

• Use the star$journals view to list existing journals.
